Australia won the toss and chose to bat first at the Sydney Cricket Ground. Acting captain Shane Watson's batting performance by the Australians scored 197 for 5 wickets. Watson has played down the centuries as an opener. He remained unbeaten on 124 from 71 balls.
Watson's innings had 10 fours and 6 sixes. Travis Head 6 and Usman Khawaja also scored 14. Ashish Nehra took 1 wicket each for India, jasapirita bumaraha, rabicandrana Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Yuvraj Sharma simrohita 5 to 38, 6 to 9 Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli's 36-ball 50, Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh's unbeaten 49 to 5 to 1 scored an unbeaten 15 runs. Cameroon took two wickets in Australia Cambodians. Australia's Shane Watson was the best match. India's Virat Kohli has been in the series.
